But you have to take into consideration that the hardcore burrito lovers in Chicago aren't that enamored with the SFO/Mission Style burrito. They like them, of course, because they are burritos, but they are regarded as somewhat overblown and non-traditional. Kind of how you and I feel about Fazio designs (golf courses, for those non-golf fans). I strongly suggest that you follow the link on the The Burrito Spectrum, it's more enlightening.
